Jennifer Jacobs Named Director of Marketing and Membership at Organic Produce Association

(Washington, D.C., October 17, 2025) – The Organic Produce Association (OPA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Jacobs as its new Director of Marketing and Membership. In this role, Jacobs will spearhead OPA’s marketing initiatives and lead member engagement strategies as the association continues to grow its reach and impact. Her appointment comes as OPA expands efforts to meet rising consumer demand for organic produce through stronger industry collaboration and advocacy.

Jacobs brings nearly two decades of experience in the natural foods and retail industry to OPA. She has held leadership roles at Whole Foods Market and the Plant Based Foods Association, advancing strategic marketing and merchandising programs for organic and plant-based products. Her broad expertise in building mission-driven brands and a proven track record of forging retail partnerships will be invaluable as OPA works to expand its membership and better serve its members.
